We received a call late one afternoon to attend a local restuarant in Wrentnall. The client was really pleased he found us seeing that we were the third company they had rung, the other two wouldn't to help. Our customer decided to go out for a movie and a meal with his better half since it was their twenty fifth anniversary. But it was as soon as they left the theatre that he discovered he had misplaced his car keys. He stated, "We hurried back inside the complex and searched everywhere we were seated; yet there were no car keys. I then got an idea to check in my car and what do you know, they were there, still in the ignition, yet unfortunately the car had self locked." Our technician got to them punctually and several minutes later had the job done and the door opened. The thrilled husband and wife were soon enough on their way.

"I typically check to see I have the door keys on me well before exiting the house, yet unfortunately I took a telephone call from my ailing nan and hurried out to visit her. And do you know what? I left the house keys inside" this client exclaimed on the telephone, undoubtedly distressed by her day no longer progressing that well. Going on a holiday overseas is generally fun, however when you lose your home keys miles away from you in a foreign country it can make it a nightmare, as the customer found out last week.
